PDO Thread Lifting
A PDO thread lift is a non-surgical facelift where facial skin is lifted and tightened using Polydioxanone (PDO) threads. These threads are anchored and inserted into different layers of the skin using needles, instantly lifting and tightening sagging skin. Anywhere from 1-15 threads may be used per section.
How long does a PDO thread last?
It Provides Long-Lasting Results
Most thread lifts last 18 months or longer, and once the effects wear off, you can schedule another treatment to maintain beautiful, youthful skin.
What are PDO threads good for?
A PDO thread lift is a procedure that uses dissolvable sutures to rejuvenate and lift sagging skin. It's a cheaper and faster alternative to facelift surgery, but the results don't last as long and aren't as dramatic. Recovery from the procedure is minimal and it's often possible to return to work the same day. PDO Threads will return the V-shape of your face and works best on the face and neck.
How does a PDO thread procedure work?
Once threads are inserted under your skin, your body’s healing response is triggered. Your body discovers the suture material and stimulates collagen production in the lifted areas. Collagen fills gaps in sagging skin and helps restore a youthful look to your face.
